All was corrected by re-inspection 9/21/2023 This facility has all that is required by the Warren County Health Department to cook and serve food at this time.

Dollar General #6284. 455 West Service RD North Wright City, MO 63390. Routine. 09/11/2023. Priority Items: Discarding Unsafe Food, There was some meat for discard not being securely held until it can be discarded. This was corrected on site. Core Items: Unnecessary Items, 1) Almost every isle has random items sitting on the floor, it is cluttered which makes it hard to clean the floor. 2) There is litter in the parking lot that needs sweeping up. Repairs, There is an air conditioning ceiling unit leaking in the pet food isle and it needs repair. Cleaning, The bottom of the milk case and the bottom of the egg case are dirty. All was corrected by the time of re-inspection on 9/25/2023 except for air conditioning ceiling unit repairs.

Blumenhof Vineyards. 13699 South HWY 94 Dutzow, MO 63357. Routine. 09/13/2023. There were no Priority Items at this time. Core Items: Repairs, A reach in cooler glass door is severely cracked and needs repair. Another reach in cooler is not draining properly and needs repair. Cleaning, Dishwasher screen had sediment in it. This was corrected on site. Wine cellar ceiling and floor need cleaning. Inside the pizza freezer and it’s seal need cleaning. Pizza makers shall be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. The following Items in the snack shack need cleaning- the can opener, the shelves behind the curtains, the oven, and the popcorn machine. Clutter, There is clutter accumulating in the storage room, with items not being stored at least 6” off the floor. There is clutter in and around the snack shack. Ware Washing, The ware washing sink in the snack shack was blocked. Physical Facilities, There is a hole in the wall where some window trim needs to be replaced in the snack shack. All items were corrected by the time of the re-inspection on 10/04/2023.

The Fueler. 26815 S. State HWY 47 Warrenton, MO 63383. Pre-Opening. 09/13/2023. A few items still need to be completed before opening. All was corrected by re-inspection on 9/13/2023. This facility has all that is required by the Warren County Health Department to cook and serve food at this time.

Bobby G’s. 1000 Warrenton Shoppes Warrenton, MO 63383. Routine. 9/15/2023. No Priority Items at this time. Core Items: Waste Receptacles, There was no waste receptacle at the hand wash sink. Plumbing, There was a hand wash sink in the back room that the plumbing was removed from and it needs repair. Cleaning, the fryer area including the fryer, the shelves under the cutting boards, the meat slicer, all reach in coolers, the gyro cooler, the outsides of plastic drawers that hold utensils, the patio along the outside of the building, sauce bottles, cheese sauce pump, broom, next door is operated by the same people and is open to this facility so it was checked too, the walls floors and shelves in this facility need cleaning also. Clutter, Throughout facility and next door, there is clutter and non-functional equipment.

Show Me Donuts, Fallon’s, Dough Boy’s Wood Fired Pizza, Duchess Rose Royal Street Food, Simply Kettle, Mad Smoke, Farmtruk, Abby’s, Crazy 8’s, Kernel Cobb’s Kettle Corn. All temporary food vendors at the event had all that was required by the Warren County Health Department to cook and serve food at this time, some that had items that needed correcting did so during inspection. Other temporary food vendors at the event were inspected at previous events.

Jack in the Box #4054. 605 North Service RD Warrenton, MO 63383. Routine. 9/19/2023.  There were no Priority Items at this time. Core Items: Cleaning, Kick Plates on outside walls of walk in, Fryer hood and grill hood, Mop sink, Floors throughout, and Walls at grill and fryer areas, all need cleaning. Repairs, An ice machine has rusty edges, Front counter is broken, The frozen dessert mixer has a broken plastic shield, Two paper towel dispensers are not working and or need paper towels. Toilet tissue in both restrooms was not on rollers. There was a box of lettuce in the walk in cooler that was not being stored 6 inches above the floor.

Dutchie Cakes, Good Time Slushie, Kindle Concessions, Lu Lu’s Shaved Ice, Maw Maw’s Cupboard, Old Fashioned Sweet Kettle Corn, On the Rocks Beverage Company, The Corner Pub, Wolf Pack Snacks, several non-profit food stands and previously inspected temporary food vendors, all had what is required by the Warren County Health Department to cook and serve food at this time.

Innsbrook Sky Wars. Innsbrook, MO 63390. Temporary. 9/23/2023. Family Foods, Sugar Fire, Taco Tommy, The Crooked Boot, Treaux’s Cajun BBQ, Truck O’ Soup, and other previously inspected temporary food vendors, all had what is required by the Warren County Health Department to cook and serve food at this time.

Domino’s Pizza. 1331 N. E. Service RD Warrenton, MO 63383. Routine. 9/25/2023. There were no Priority Items at this time. Core Items: There was pizza sauce splashed on the wall next to the pizza prep table, the restroom needs cleaning and organizing, the trash can in the back room needs cleaning, there was an odor coming from the grease trap because it has just been cleaned. Automatic Door Closure, The automatic restroom door closure needs repair. Repairs, The wall in the restroom needs holes filled, sink needs to be re-sealed to the wall, and the toilet is broken and needs repairs or replaced. Outer Openings Protected, The back door was propped open, this was corrected on site. Hand Drying Provision, They ran out of paper towels and weren’t getting any on a truck until the next day, so we sent an employee to the store to get some.
