Suspension training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Minimum registration is 6 people to hold the class maximum is 8 people.  Deadline to sign up is Jan. 3rd.  You will be notified by Jan. 4th, 2020 if the class will be held.  Refunds will be issues if class minimum is not met.
