Olive’s Bakery. 902 East State HWY M Warrenton, MO 63383. Routine. 10/05/2023. There are no Priority Items at this time. Core Items: Repairs, the hand wash sink needs to be upgraded, utensil rack needs to be moved, caulk around grease trap needs to be smoother to be more easily cleaned.

Hunan. 13000 Veteran’s Memorial PKWY Wright City, MO 63390. Routine. 10/05/2023. Priority Items: Pest Control, some pests spotted. Hand Washing, The hand washing sink needs to be updated. Food Separation, Foods in the walk in cooler and the reach in freezers are not organized. Dates and Labels, all foods in coolers and freezers did not have any discard date or labels of what food they are. Equipment Non-Food Contact Surfaces, There was some equipment that needed cleaning. Food, Some meat in the cooks line was lacking. Core Items: Repairs, There are floor tiles that need to be replaced throughout facility. Food Storage, There is food in buckets not being stored at least 6” off the floor in the walk in cooler. Outer Openings Protected, The front door was open with no screen. This was corrected on site. Clutter, There was clutter throughout facility. There is equipment not working and needs to be discarded. Non-Food Contact Surfaces, There was aluminum foil covering all shelving in walk in cooler. Floor Cleaning, The floors throughout need cleaning along edges and under equipment. Most Priority Items corrected by the time of re-inspection on 10/10/2023.Some food in coolers still need organizing, labels and dates, and still have a few places of clutter. 

K&R Market. 15971 State HWY 47 Marthasville, MO 63357. Routine. 10/06/2023. There were no Priority Items at this time. Core Items, Sanitizer, There were no buckets for sanitizer towels. In Use Utensils, There was an in use utensil being stored on a towel between uses. Packaged Food Segregation, Packages of chicken and beef were being stored on the same tray in the meat cooler case. This was corrected on site. All was corrected by the time of re-inspection on 10/30/2023.

Core Items: Storage Surfaces, The shelves in the storage room are bare wood and need painting and sealing. The kitchen floor needs sealing. Floor Cleaning, The floors all along the edges and at the back deck door need cleaning.

Moser’s. 1035 Armory RD Warrenton, MO 63383. Routine.  10/12/2023. There were no Priority Items. Core Items: Cleaning, Floors around the edges and under shelving throughout the facility and walk in cooler door in Deli needed cleaning. Meat Room drain at 3 bay sink needs cleaning. Sanitizer, they were asked to switch from sanitizer in spray bottles to buckets. Premises, There were some damaged ceiling tiles in the produce room. Repairs, The walk in Meat Cooler door has a broken seal. Pest Control, Fly strips were hanging up high in the produce room, they were asked to hang them down low. Mops, Mops throughout the facility were not hanging to dry. At re-Inspection 11/9/2023 the walk in meat cooler door seal still needed repair and the deli is still working on switching from spray bottles to buckets. All other Items have been corrected at this time.
