Core Items: Repairs, The walk in meat cooler still has a broken seal. Sanitizer, they were still using spray bottles.

Priority Items: Food Contact Surfaces, The meat grinder needs replacement and the meat slicer needs repair or replacement. Core Items: Clutter, There are places where clutter is starting to accumulate. There are some old pieces of equipment that need to be disposed of. Mops, Mops were not hung up. Repairs, There were ceiling tiles throughout that are cracked and stained and need replacing. There are shelves with bare wood that need painting or replacing. There is a wall in the back room that needs to be sealed. Cleaning, The wall in the back room that cannot be covered needs cleaning. Of dust and debris. Floor throughout back room, in the deli, at the doorways, and at the edges need cleaning. Shelving in the walk in meat cooler needs cleaning, Doors in the deli/ meat room need cleaning. The floor needs cleaning at the three bay sink, and by the back door. Repairs, indirect plumbing needs proper repair in kitchen. The wall by the doorway of new construction needs painting and sealing. All was corrected by re-inspection except painting and sealing of the wall.

Core Items: Cleaning, Under, around, and the sides of frying equipment needed cleaning. All of the coffee drip pans need to be cleaned. Mop Sink, Mops, brooms, and hoses were sitting in the bottom of the mop sink. All was corrected by the time of re-inspection.
