Core Items: Cleaning, All floors throughout, the candy sales case, the outside back area, the microwave, the chocolate melting pots, coolers and freezers inside and out, ice cream machine, cabinet doors and cooler doors, all need cleaning. Food Storage, There is food uncovered in the freezers and coolers. Repairs, There are holes in the walls throughout. Core Items: Cleaning, Behind the Redbox is full of leaves and debris, The edges of the building and parking lot have trash, dirt and debris, and all need cleaning. Receptacles, the trash receptacles are full and need emptying.

Casey’s General Store #2331. 601 South HWY 47 Warrenton, MO 63383. Routine. 5/30/2023. There were no Priority Items at this time. Core Items: Cleaning, The floor throughout the facility which includes the walk in cooler, the beer cooler, mechanical room, and pizza room floors all need cleaning. The donut case, a fan in the pizza make are, cappuccino and coffee machines paying special attention to the coffee machine drain trays, all need cleaning. Refuse Area, There has been a lot of improvement on maintenance of the refuse area outside since the last routine inspection, but there is some trash starting to accumulate in the grass outside the refuse area on the south side. Wiping Cloth, There was a dirty wiping cloth sitting on the counter by the cold brew coffee machine. This was corrected on site.
