Core Items: Food Storage, The food in coolers throughout did not have covers or labeled or dated. Repairs, The back door and the restroom door are severely damaged. Cleaning, The floor was sticky throughout and the walk in cooler fan and motor were dusty, need cleaning and or to be blown out. No re-inspection was done because the day of the scheduled re-inspection there was a note, from the owners, on the door of this establishment that stated that this location was closed permanently.

Core Items: Cleaning, Refrigeration unit in kitchen area needs cleaning inside and out. Repairs, The door frame outside needs repair. Labeling and Dating, Tres Leche cake needed a discard date. Defrosting, Large package of frozen meat was sitting on the top of the freezer bin. All Items were corrected by the time of re-inspection, except the wood on the door frame which landlord has on order to fix.

Cedar Lake Cellars. 11008 Schreckengast RD Wright City, MO 63390. Routine. 7/28/2023. Priority Items: Cleaning, Some cleaning was needed in the lower kitchen. A more easily accessible hand wash sink and 3 bay system is needed in the smoke house. Core Items: Repairs, There are some floors that are rough at the entries and exits and need to be smooth and easily cleaned. A cover plate needs to be replaced on a cooler. Food Storage, food in one of the coolers needs to be better organized.
