Core Items: Cleaning, The equipment, the edges of equipment, behind and under equipment at sandwich make line have crumbs, and debris and need cleaning. Walk in freezer floor has grime stuck to it, and the dining area floor needs cleaning. Wall and floor by the 3-bay sink has food splashes, food debris and needs cleaning. Most reach in coolers have food debris in the bottom and need cleaning. Coffee counter was dirty this was corrected on site. The cabinet under the self-serve station had spider webs and grime inside and needs a major deep clean. Repairs, The hand wash sink in the kitchen has draining issues. All was corrected by the time of re-inspection on 3/12/2024 except, The walk in freezer floor, the floor at sandwich make line, and the under cabinet of self-serve station still all need cleaning.
