Inspections:

The Warren County Health Department, Office of Environmental Public Health conducts food service inspections under the authority of Warren County Ordinance No. 96-02. This Ordinance sets forth standards by which sources of food, food service establishments, food service personnel, and food service equipment are regulated to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public.  Critical items relate directly to factors which lead to Foodborne illness, these items must receive immediate action.  Non-critical items relate to the maintenance of food operations and cleanliness, these items are to be corrected by the next regular inspection.

JUNE 2007

Kicker's Inc., 402 Progress Parkway, Warrenton, 63383.  06/01/07.  Routine Inspection.  Critical Violations:  Pests not properly controlled.  Non-Critical Violations:  Ladies toilet rooms have no covered trash cans.  Men’s toilet room door not self-closing.

Dano's Hillbilly Heaven, 111 East North First St., Wright City, 63390.  06/11/07.  Complaint.  This inspection due to a complaint of illness after eating at facility.  Only items related to the complaint were reviewed.  No issues were noted with the ice machine, all cooling/freezing units at proper temperature.  Unable to confirm complaint.    

Pizza Hut, 1001 Armory Rd., Warrenton, 63383.  06/12/07.  Complaint.  This inspection due to a complaint of illness after eating at facility.  Only items related to the complaint were reviewed.  All cold buffet items were at the proper temperatures, all cooling/freezing units at proper temperature, all date codes were in order.  Facility did not open until 6 p.m. that day due to no natural gas.  Complaint could not be confirmed.

Simple Simon's Pizza, 100 West North 2^nd Street, Suite B, Wright City, 63390.  06/12/07.  Complaint.  This inspection due to a complaint of front and back doors open and flies in facility.  Only items related to the complaint were reviewed.  No flies were observed, however front and back doors were open without screens. 

Sno Hut, Foodliner IGA Lot, Warrenton, 63383.  06/15/07.  Pre-Opening Inspection.  Facility approved to open once items listed are completed and food service permit is obtained. 

Q-Stop III, LLC, 715 N. Hwy 47, Warrenton, 63383.  06/19/07.  Re-Inspection.  This re-inspection was to verify prior critical items have been corrected.  Non-critical items will be reviewed during your next routine inspection.  The prior critical items have been corrected.  The hot dogs and tornados are now at proper temperatures, time is documented and being used as control for the breakfast sandwiches, toxic items are now properly stored below and away from food items, sanitizer is now being used on food contact surfaces, and the soda nozzles are now being properly cleaned.

S & R Convenience Center, 15397 North Hwy 47, Marthasville, 63357.  06/19/07.  Routine Inspection.  No critical or non-critical items noted.  All cooling/freezing units at proper temperature. 

Twin Gables, LLC, 101 Hwy 47, Marthasville, 63357.  06/19/07.  Routine Inspection.  Non-Critical Violations:  Area inside front door of fryer not properly cleaned, floor under fryer also not properly cleaned. 

Sonic 47 Operations, L.C., 1019 North Highway 47, Warrenton, 63383.  06/20/07.  Routine Inspection.  Critical Violations:  Observed cook handle raw beef with gloves, then without changing gloves or hand-washing, handled ready-to-eat food.  Soda nozzles not properly cleaned.  Pests not properly controlled under fryers, area must be properly cleaned.  Non-Critical Violations:  Mop water not dumped after use and mop not properly hung to dry.

Imo's Pizza, #55 Warrenton Outlet Center, Warrenton, 63383.  06/20/07.  Routine Inspection.  No critical or non-critical items noted. 

The Party Zone Bar and Grill, 405 Veterans Memorial Parkway East, Warrenton, 63383.  06/20/07.  Routine inspection.  Kitchen facility now open, no critical or non-critical items noted.  All cooling/freezing units at proper temperature. 

Denny's, 429 East Veterans Memorial Parkway, Warrenton, 63383.  06/21/07.  Routine Inspection.  Non-Critical Violations:  Floor under cooling unit and area under grill on cook line not properly cleaned.  Area under chemical storage not properly cleaned.  Top interior of microwaves and non-food contact surfaces of grill line not properly cleaned.
